Puget Sound AI LLC is a veteran-owned small business that builds production AI and automation inside Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud environments. The firm does one thing well: it gets working AI and automation running inside an agency's GCC boundary, compliantly, on a fixed scope and a fixed price. No license resale, no upsell, no subcontractors the client has never met doing the work.

How the firm works
Every engagement is led directly by the firm's principal engineer, the same person who scopes the work, builds it, and hands it off. There are no account managers and no junior substitution. For engagements that need additional capacity, the firm teams with qualified subcontractors under written agreement.
Every engagement ends with architecture diagrams, commented source code, operational runbooks, and staff training, so the client team can operate and extend everything independently.
The principal engineer
The firm is led by a senior Microsoft 365 and GCC engineer with more than eight years building AI, automation, and governance in regulated government cloud environments. Background includes a federal IT engineering role (GS-09) supporting U.S. Army network operations, and prior senior infrastructure and security roles in state government and federally funded research. The principal is a U.S. Navy veteran.
