Why the firm trains first.
Puget Sound AI started to build Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate systems. The work kept turning into training. Organizations had Copilot in their tenant, a long list of new product names, and nobody with the time to learn what any of it did.
That is the real gap. Most organizations do not lack AI. They lack people who know how to use it on their own work, and admins who know how to govern it and what it will cost. So training comes first, delivered in your own tenant by the senior engineers who build these systems in production.
