Claude skills and Copilot agent training for power users
For the people everyone already asks for help. Write instructions once and reuse them: Copilot agents, Claude skills, and SharePoint agents built over your own content.
Course in brief
AI Skills and Agent Instructions is a one-day hands-on course for power users, run in your own Microsoft 365 tenant. It has a fixed price from $4,500 per session for up to 12 people, delivered remotely or on-site.
What your people leave able to do.
Analysts, coordinators, and the people others already ask for help.
- Write clear, reusable instructions for Copilot agents and Claude skills
- Build an agent in Microsoft Copilot over a set of team documents
- Use Researcher and Copilot Notebooks for multi-source work
- Choose between models where Copilot offers more than one
- Package a repeatable task so teammates run it the same way every time
Agenda
1 day, 6.5 hours. Timings flex around your group.
- 0:00

Building an agent over SharePoint content, testing it, and sharing it with a team.
- 3:00
Claude skills
How a skill packages instructions and files, and when a skill beats an agent.
- 4:30
Research and delegation
Researcher and Notebooks for multi-source work, and Copilot Cowork for multistep tasks you approve step by step.
- 5:30
Your first build
Each attendee ships one agent or skill for a real task, reviewed in the room.
Before the session
Microsoft Copilot licenses for attendees. The Claude portion uses your Claude Team or Enterprise workspace if you have one, or a trainer-provided environment if you do not.
Commercial, GCC, and GCC High
Commercial tenants get every module. Claude models are not available to federal GCC, GCC High, or DoD tenants, so those sessions replace the Claude module with more Copilot agent work. Non-federal GCC tenants can enable Claude.
What teams build after this course.
Power users leave with agents that work for one team. When an agent needs more systems, more users, or audit trails, custom agent development takes it to production.
Questions about this course
What is a Claude skill?
A skill is a folder of instructions, and optionally files and scripts, that Claude loads when a task calls for it. Teams use skills to make Claude follow the same procedure every time.
Is this course only about Microsoft tools?
No. Most of the day is Microsoft Copilot, because that is what your tenant already licenses. The Claude module covers skills and how Claude now runs inside Copilot.
Do attendees need to code?
No. Everything in this course is written in plain language. Attendees who want to go further move on to Copilot Studio.
