Microsoft 365 Copilot training for your whole staff
Your staff learn to use Microsoft Copilot, formerly Microsoft 365 Copilot, on their own mail, meetings, documents, and data. Every exercise runs in your tenant on their real work.
Course in brief
Microsoft Copilot Essentials is a half-day hands-on course for all staff, run in your own Microsoft 365 tenant. It has a fixed price from $2,500 per session for up to 15 people, delivered remotely or on-site.
What your people leave able to do.
Everyone with a Copilot license, or about to get one.
- Use Copilot Chat for questions grounded in their own work
- Draft and summarize in Outlook and Word without starting from a blank page
- Pull recaps and action items out of Teams meetings
- Analyze a spreadsheet in Excel by asking plain-language questions
- Write prompts that fit their own job, and save the ones that work
- Know what to keep out of Copilot, and why

Before the session
Attendees need a Microsoft Copilot license for the hands-on labs. Staff who only have Copilot Chat can attend the full session; we adjust the labs to what they have.
Commercial, GCC, and GCC High
Delivered for commercial, GCC, and GCC High tenants. Feature availability differs by cloud; Copilot in Teams, for example, is not yet in GCC High. Every lab uses only what is live in your tenant.
What teams build after this course.
Staff who finish this course know where Copilot helps and where it stalls. A rollout engagement turns that into licensing, readiness fixes, and adoption across every department.
Questions about this course
Is this Microsoft 365 Copilot training or Microsoft Copilot training?
Both. Microsoft renamed Microsoft 365 Copilot to Microsoft Copilot. The product your licensed staff use in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams is the same one this course covers.
Do all attendees need a Copilot license?
For the hands-on labs, yes. Staff with only Copilot Chat can still attend; we run their labs in Copilot Chat and show the licensed features as demonstrations.
Can we train more than 15 people?
Yes. Groups above 15 split into multiple sessions so everyone gets hands-on time. A rollout program schedules sessions across departments at a lower cost per session.
