Copilot training for GCC and GCC High teams

The same hands-on courses, run in your government tenant and limited to the features that are live in your cloud.

SBA-Certified VOSBSAM.gov activeMicro-purchase friendly

Short answer

Yes. Puget Sound AI delivers its Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and AI governance courses for government teams on GCC and GCC High. Labs run in your tenant and use only the features available in your cloud, and single sessions fall under the federal micro-purchase threshold.

What changes in a government cloud.

Microsoft Copilot runs in GCC, GCC High, and DoD, but features arrive on a different schedule than commercial. Training built for a commercial tenant shows people buttons they do not have.

Based on Microsoft's published feature availability, October 2026. We confirm your tenant before each session.

  • Web grounding is off by default in government clouds, so Copilot answers come from work data unless an admin turns it on.
  • Microsoft documents pay-as-you-go billing for Copilot Chat and SharePoint agents in commercial tenants. Government tenants usually plan licenses and capacity in advance.
  • GCC High currently supports declarative agents built with Agent Builder or published through admin controls.
  • Copilot in Teams, Copilot in SharePoint, and SharePoint agents are available in GCC but not yet in GCC High.
  • Claude models are not available to federal GCC, GCC High, or DoD tenants. Non-federal GCC tenants can turn them on.
  • External Copilot connectors are not enabled by default, and the Power Platform connector catalog is smaller.
  • Licensing runs on government plans such as Microsoft 365 G3 and G5, with Copilot as an add-on.

Every course, delivered for your cloud.

Same agendas and prices as commercial delivery. Labs and examples change to match your tenant.

  • Copilot in SharePoint

    All staff, half day

  • Microsoft 365 AI Governance and Tenant Audit

    Admins and IT, 1 day

The step after Copilot Studio. Technical admins and developers learn how Microsoft Foundry projects, models, agents, and guardrails fit together, and when Foundry is worth it.

Government training questions

Do you deliver Copilot training for GCC High?

Yes. Every course is delivered for GCC High tenants, and the labs use only the Copilot, agent, and Power Platform features available in GCC High at the time of the session.

Can government training be paid by purchase card?

Usually. Every single session is priced under the $15,000 federal micro-purchase threshold, and we accept government purchase cards and simple invoices.

Is the content different for government teams?

The agendas match commercial delivery. The labs, examples, and feature notes change to match your cloud, so nobody learns a button they do not have.

Can training be delivered on-site at an agency?

Yes, anywhere in the United States, with travel billed at cost and confirmed in the written quote. Remote delivery is the default.

Can a prime contractor add training to a task order?

Yes. Puget Sound AI LLC is an SBA-certified VOSB, SAM.gov active, UEI SU4QWJZWXY97 and CAGE 17DX6, and teams as a subcontractor.
