Do I need an SDVOSB award to engage Puget Sound AI?
No. Puget Sound AI is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), not an SDVOSB. VOSB set-aside awards are available once our SBA VetCert is finalized (currently in progress). In the meantime we are available through standard small business set-asides, micro-purchase, SAP (FAR 13), and as a subcontractor or teaming partner to any prime.

Our AI Readiness Assessment takes 2 weeks ($12,000–$22,000). The GCC AI Jumpstart delivers 2–3 production AI workflows in 6–8 weeks. Simpler targeted automations such as Power Automate workflows or single-agent deployments can often be scoped and delivered in 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and environment access.

All engagements are fixed-scope with defined deliverables. Training workshops: $2,500–$8,500 (1–2 days). AI Readiness Assessment: $12,000–$22,000 (2 weeks). GCC AI Jumpstart: $40,000–$60,000 (6–8 weeks, 2–3 production workflows). Monthly retainer: $4,000–$10,000/month (post-Jumpstart optimization). How do you handle data security and GCC compliance?
Every solution is designed from the outset to operate inside the GCC boundary using only FedRAMP-authorized services. No data leaves your tenant. We implement audit logging, least-privilege service accounts, and document all data flows. All engagements are scoped to comply with your agency's ATO boundary and data governance requirements.
Can Puget Sound AI serve as a subcontractor to a federal prime?
Yes. We are actively available as a VOSB subcontractor and teaming partner to federal primes pursuing GCC engagements. What Microsoft products and platforms do you work with?
Microsoft 365 GCC and GCC High (all workloads), Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages), Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Graph API. We also build custom Python and PowerShell tooling and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that integrate with these platforms.
Do you require a long-term contract or retainer?
No. All engagements are fixed-scope with defined start and end points. The GCC AI Jumpstart and AI Readiness Assessment are standalone deliverable-based engagements with no ongoing commitment required. Monthly retainers are available post-Jumpstart for optimization and expansion but are entirely optional.
What does knowledge transfer and documentation look like?
Every engagement ends with complete documentation: architecture diagrams, source code (commented and version-controlled), operational runbooks, staff training, and a handoff session. Your team must be able to operate, audit, and extend every system we deliver independently. That is a hard requirement of our delivery methodology, not an option.
Are you available for state and local government agencies?
Yes. Our primary market is state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) government agencies operating Microsoft 365 GCC tenants. We are also available as a VOSB subcontractor on federal engagements and serve agencies throughout the United States with remote-first delivery from Puyallup, WA.
