Power Automate training for admins and process owners
Automate the approvals, intake, and reporting that eat staff hours, then turn those flows into tools your agents can call.
Course in brief
Power Automate: Workflows and Agent Tools is a one-day hands-on course for admins and IT teams, run in your own Microsoft 365 tenant. It has a fixed price from $4,500 per session for up to 12 people, delivered remotely or on-site.

- Connect SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Forms
- Expose agent flows as tools inside Copilot Studio
- Know which connectors are premium and what that costs
- Document and hand off flows so they survive staff turnover

Standard compared with premium connectors, and how to plan for them.
Before the session
Power Automate access for attendees and an environment where they can build. Premium connector labs need a premium license or a trial.
Commercial, GCC, and GCC High
Delivered for commercial, GCC, and GCC High tenants. Government clouds carry a smaller connector catalog, and labs are built around it.
What teams build after this course.
Every session surfaces approval and intake processes still run by email. Automation work builds the ones worth the most hours, with documentation your admins can extend.
Questions about this course
What is the difference between a cloud flow and an agent flow?
A cloud flow runs on its own trigger, like a new form submission. An agent flow is built for an agent to call as a tool, and its runs consume Copilot Credits.
Do attendees need premium licenses?
Not for most of the day. Standard connectors cover SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Forms. Premium labs run on trials when licenses are not in place.
Is this business process automation training?
Yes. Power Automate is how most Microsoft 365 organizations do business process automation, and the course is built around real approval and intake processes.
