Before the session
An Azure subscription where attendees can create a Foundry project, or a sandbox subscription we help you set up before the session.
Commercial, GCC, and GCC High
Delivered for commercial Azure and Azure Government. Model catalogs differ by cloud, so we confirm availability before the session.
What teams build after this course.
When a pilot outgrows the lab, Foundry engineering builds the production version: models, evaluations, guardrails, and cost controls in commercial Azure or Azure Government.
Questions about this course
Is Microsoft Foundry the same as Azure AI Foundry?
Yes. Microsoft renamed Azure AI Foundry to Microsoft Foundry. Older documentation and some roles still use the previous name.
Who should attend?
Developers, data staff, and technical admins who already know Copilot Studio or Azure basics and need custom models, evaluations, or more control.
Can this run for a government tenant?
Yes. Government tenants use Foundry in Azure Government, and the labs follow the models available there.
