Training questions
Is training remote or on-site?
Either. Remote is the default and keeps cost down. On-site delivery is available anywhere in the United States, with travel billed at cost and confirmed in the written quote.
How large can a group be?
Half-day sessions take up to 15 people, full-day workshops up to 12, and two-day cohorts up to 10, so everyone gets hands-on time. Larger groups split into multiple sessions.
Can this be paid from a training budget?
Usually, yes. Sessions are fixed-price, and single sessions fall under the federal micro-purchase threshold, so most organizations fund them from existing training or professional development budgets.
Do attendees need licenses?
For hands-on labs, attendees need the licenses the course uses, such as Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio access. Each course page lists its prerequisites, and we adjust labs for attendees who only have Copilot Chat.
What do attendees keep?
Every attendee keeps the prompts, instructions, agents, or flows they built during the session, plus reference material written for your tenant.
