Microsoft 365, Copilot & Power Platform
Training for Commercial and GCC M365

Hands-on workshops taught by the senior engineers who build these systems in commercial and GCC Microsoft 365. Not a vendor sales deck. Not adapted content.

Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform training workshops are hands-on, fixed-price sessions taught by the senior engineers who build these systems in commercial and GCC M365. Available for commercial M365 and government GCC teams. Remote or on-site. $2,500-$8,500.

Procurement note: Most workshops fall under the $10,000 micro-purchase threshold (FAR 13.201), so a contracting officer can fund them without a formal solicitation or competitive bid process.

Government and commercial organizations already own Microsoft 365. Most use a fraction of what it can do. These workshops close the gap between owning the licenses and actually deploying Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, and AI governance inside your environment. Government clients get content calibrated to GCC constraints and real compliance requirements. Commercial clients on M365 Business or Enterprise get the same hands-on depth without the GCC overhead. Every session is taught by the principal engineer, not a vendor trainer reading from a slide deck.

Microsoft 365 Training Workshops: Commercial and GCC

Five focused workshops, each scoped to a specific role and outcome. Government GCC content is built around real compliance constraints. Commercial M365 content covers the same engineering depth without the GCC overhead. Mix and match, or book a custom program built around your team’s actual tools and workflows.

Training Workshop Questions

Can you deliver on-site?

Yes, on-site anywhere in the U.S., or remote. Remote is the default and keeps cost down; on-site is available for groups that benefit from in-person hands-on labs.

How large can a group be?

Hands-on labs work best at 6-15 participants. Larger adoption sessions can scale higher; custom workshops are scoped to your specific group size and configuration.

Can this be paid from a training budget?

Yes. Workshops are fixed-price and most fall within micro-purchase ($10,000) and simplified-acquisition thresholds, so they're straightforward to fund from existing training or professional-development budgets without a full contracting action.

Do attendees need licenses?

For hands-on labs in your tenant, attendees need the relevant Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Power Platform licenses. Awareness and adoption sessions can run without per-user Copilot licenses.

Do you provide materials?

Yes. Every workshop includes staff-ready documentation that attendees keep. Materials are tailored to your tenant configuration, not generic vendor handouts.

Can you tailor content to our agency?

That's the default. A pre-workshop discovery call scopes the curriculum to your tenant setup, your active workflows, and the outcomes that matter most to your team. Nothing is off-the-shelf.

From Workshop to Working System

A training workshop is the low-risk way to see how Puget Sound AI operates before committing to a larger engagement. Government clients often start with a half-day Copilot Studio workshop, then proceed to a GCC AI Jumpstart. Commercial M365 clients typically move from a workshop to an AI Readiness Review, then a scoped build engagement.
