Short answer

Puget Sound AI prices Copilot training per session, not per seat. A half-day session for up to 15 people starts at $2,500, a full-day workshop for up to 12 starts at $4,500, and a two-day Copilot Studio cohort for up to 10 starts at $8,500. With a full group that is about $167 to $850 a person.

Prices by format

Every course runs in one of three formats, plus a rollout program for organizations that train every role. These are starting prices for one private session for your group, delivered remotely.

Why per session, not per seat

Public courses usually price each attendee separately, so a team of twelve pays twelve times. A private session has one price for the group, so the cost per person falls as the room fills. It also means the labs run in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, on your people's real mail, files, and processes, instead of a shared demo environment.

What changes a quote

  • Group size. Groups above the format's limit split into more sessions so everyone gets hands-on time.
  • On-site delivery. The session price is the same. Travel is billed at cost and written into the quote before you approve it.
  • Mixing roles. Staff, power users, admins, and leaders need different courses. A rollout program schedules all of them in one quote.
  • Your cloud. Commercial, GCC, and GCC High sessions cost the same. Labs change to match the features your cloud has.

What the price includes

The live session, materials written for your tenant, a short planning call beforehand, and a follow-up Q&A after people have used Copilot on real work. Attendees keep the prompts, instructions, agents, or flows they build.

How organizations pay

Commercial buyers pay by invoice or card. Every single session is priced under the $15,000 federal micro-purchase threshold, so many government teams pay by purchase card. See buying Copilot training on a purchase card.

Based on Microsoft's published documentation as of October 2026. Microsoft changes names, features, and billing often; confirm details in your own tenant.
